To connect with the labor community and celebrate Eid with them. To acknowledge the community and honor their contributions. To provide opportunities for the community to benefit. To enable the labor community to enhance their personal and social skills, thereby improving their prospects.
Games & Sports
Volleyball
Best of 3 sets. Each set is played to 15 points, with a team needing at least a 2-point lead to win the set.
Tug of war
Since the matches are knockout based.
Each team consists of 7 players.3 substitute players.
Mark a center line on the ground and two additional goal lines (1-1.5meters away from the center) on each side.
Football
15 minutes per half, with a 5-minute break in between.
Standard 11 vs. 11 if on a full-sized field.
Allow rolling substitutions to keep the pace high and give players a break.
Cricket
Match Format: 6 overs per side, completed in ~30 minutes.
Teams: 11 players each.
Bowling: Max 1 over per bowler.
Carrom game
The game ends immediately once a team reaches 18 points, even if the board is not fully cleared.
Since the matches are knockout based.
Each black or white coin is worth 1 point.
